Bob has always been a “hands on” type of person. He was brought up in a household that considered “making stuff” to be a normal way of life and he fully expected to follow that path.
By sixteen he was teaching weaving and wood carving and much later designed and built his own home and at a later date his pottery studio.
Artist’s Statement
“During the early nineteen eighties I discovered clay as my media of choice. The dimension and tactile nature of clay has become a friendly addiction. Working in clay has been very rewarding. I now have the studio that I always dreamt about and have a wonderful time working in these surroundings. I teach pottery classes on Monday and Tuesday evenings and the balance of the time the studio is open for my creative endeavors. The showroom is always open for you,
